If your order is showing as "delivered", but you have not seen your package, we suggest following these steps:
- Ask neighbors, roommates, etc. if they have seen or picked up your package.
- All of our packages come with tracking. Track your order to see which carrier is to be delivering your package. Visit your nearest USPS or UPS office and ask them to do a deep dive into the tracking number. They can usually tell you more than what the tracking page is telling you! They can also call around to other "check-in" points to see if it got stuck there.
If your package is showing as "delivered" on the carrier's tracking website and you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, you can submit a claim ticket to UPS or USPS. We cannot refund or re-issue packages in the event that the order shows as "delivered" on the tracking page.
If your order is showing as still "in-transit" and there has been no update to the tracking information for 30 days, please submit a ticket or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will submit a claim on your behalf and, if approved, issue a full refund.
