Most all items leave our facility within ~1 business day unless the item is part of a pre-order. Usually shipments arrive 3-7 business days thereafter.
Please note that once a package leaves our fulfillment center, SugarSky is no long in control of or responsible for delivery. Delays may occur as a result of weather or mail service congestion during the delivery process. If your order shows as "delivered" when tracking it through the carrier's website, we cannot issues a refund or replace the item. If there hasn't been any update to your item's tracking for 30 days, we will submit a claim for you and, if the claim is approved, issue a full refund for the order.
