Once your order is placed, most items will ship within 1 business day. Because of this, we cannot change, add, or remove items from your order. We also cannot change your shipping address.
If you have not received a shipping notification stating that your order has shipped, please submit a ticket or reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will be responsible for returning the order (see Returns & Exchanges). Our team will then review the contents of the return upon receipt, and if they match all requirements found in our Returns & Exchanges policy, a refund will be issued.
